Perfect Metadata provides a suite of web developer tools, including favicon generators, metadata validators, manifest creators, and SEO audit utilities. You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes.

Usage Restrictions: You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Metadata Verifier or other scanning tools for high-frequency automated scraping or to perform denial-of-service attacks on third-party websites.
  • Attempting to bypass any rate limits or security measures implemented on our Service.
  • Using our tools to generate or distribute malicious code, viruses, or offensive content.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with a website during the "Authorization" step of the verification process.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service: The Perfect Metadata platform, its design, code, logic, and branding are the exclusive property of Perfect Metadata.

Generated Assets: The assets you generate using our tools (including favicons, `.ico` files, SVG code, web manifests, and SEO tags) are your property. We claim no ownership or copyright over the output generated from your inputs (logos, text, or URLs). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logos or brand assets you process through our Service.

4. "2026 Standards" and Accuracy

Our tools are designed to align with current and emerging industry standards for 2026. However, browser specifications, search engine algorithms (like Google's favicon requirements), and social media platform requirements change frequently and without notice.

We provide "Optimal" ratings and recommendations based on our interpretation of these standards. We do not guarantee that following these recommendations will result in specific search engine rankings or perfect presentation across every possible device and browser version.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Perfect Metadata makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the tools. We are not responsible for any downtime or for any errors in the scanning logic that may result in incorrect diagnostic advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Metadata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of traffic, search engine de-indexing, or brand inconsistencies resulting from generated assets.
